Un Pizzico di… was born from the obsession of two friends — Saul and Jorge — with Italian sandwiches and the culture surrounding them. Inspired by the paninotecas of Rome, Florence, and Bologna, they set out to create a modern Miami sandwich concept rooted in handcrafted bread, premium Italian ingredients, and bold, unapologetic flavor.
What began as a shared fascination for porchetta romana, mortadella with pistachios, stracciatella, smoked scamorza, and the simplicity of great Italian food slowly evolved into a brand built around texture, indulgence, and craftsmanship. Every sandwich is designed to balance richness, crunch, freshness, and depth in every bite.
“Un Pizzico” means “a pinch” — the small detail capable of transforming flavor completely. For us, it represents the philosophy behind the brand: a pinch of obsession, a pinch of tradition, and a relentless attention to quality in everything we make.
